Hey thanks for the great artichoke recipes (Laulau left me some recipes down in our box at the Wilk). I actually wrote that as a joke because I have quite the plethora of recipes but I didn't have these so thanks a lot. Coincidentally I made couscous on Thursday night and had some left over. I just had to go out, buy some artichokes, and I made the couscous-stuffed artichoke. It was pretty good taste-wise but the presentation came out really nicely. Thanks again.
