Dear 100 Hour Board,
Why did anyone ever invent "pink lemonade"? I mean it tastes just the same only pink. 'Tis tres bizarre. Are there such thinks as pink lemons?

A: Dear SudBeau,
Heh heh, this is a great story, but it might gross you out a little bit. Pink lemonade was a serendipitous creation first discovered by a circus performer. He made lemonade in the same bucket he used to wash his red circus tights, and it came out pink. Despite the disgusting origin, the drink caught on at the circus and has become a summer favorite. If you find a copy of Ripley's Believe It or Not! Inventions you will find an entry under pink lemonade with more details.
