Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

I'm currently in the midst of reading Talmage's Jesus the Christ and it's absolutely amazing. I was wondering if you could suggest some of your personal favorite religious books for me to read when I finish this one. Thanks a ton, and you guys are great. :o)

A: Dear Lady Kestrel,

Yeah, that book's better than The Bible. Don't read Talmage's other book "Articles of Faith" though. I used it to help me fall asleep on my mission. I also enjoyed Parley P. Pratt's autobiography (it gives great insight into our church's early years, but without the stuffy, boring writing of most historians. Bro. Pratt was an incredibly gifted, and humorous author.

A: Dear Lady Kestrel,

"The Seer" by Orson Pratt is certainly an interesting book. I also love anything by Truman Madsen. His recent series "Presidents of the Church" was phenomenal.
