Dear 100 Hour Board,
A lot of times frozen pizzas will tell you to put the pizza directly on the rack for better results. My question is, once you do that, how do you get it back out? Do you have to get your hot pads dirty? Also, what about the drippings of cheese and sauce? Won't they get all over your oven?

You can slide the shelf out and then push the pizza through from underneath with a knife or fork. I do it all the time. I also make sure to put a cookie sheet on the shelf below. That catches the drippings but still allows the air to touch the crust and make it crispy.
