Dear 100 Hour Board,
I read somewhere that cracking your neck increases your risk of stroke. Is there truth to this and if so, how does that work?

A: Dear Looking to Live,

"Chiropractic neck manipulation" can increase your risk of stroke by damaging arteries in your neck. Stroke resulting from this are rare but it's still a serious concern.
