Dear 100 Hour Board,
I am an athlete on a sports team here at BYU in my senior season. I have gained about 20-25 pound of muscle since starting here and lifting regularly. After I graduate, I will not be able to spend as much time working out and lifting weights, and I don't want to turn fat. What do you suggest as the best way to trim down in weight, mostly cutting down on muscle mass, while working out about 30-45 minutes a day?

Low weight, high reps. And as terrible as it may sound, running is a great way to shed pounds without putting on muscle. Have you seen those cross-country runners? Scary.
