Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

In regards to Ice Cube's question about why his/her legs are not cold even though the coat and all that doesn't cover them...MINE ARE! My legs are freezing all day as I walk around campus.
So, does my body just not work correctly, or Ice Cube the one with a thermal anomaly?

A: Dear nordo:

Okay, so you have more cold-sensitive legs than most people. Maybe you don't have as much adipose tissue keeping them insulated (I certainly do). Maybe your pants are thinner. But you still lose more heat through your torso than your legs. If your legs are cold, then wear thermal underwear.
