Dear 100 Hour Board,
In a geography book for middle school students in an "interesting fact" box it said that part of Colorado becomes it's own country for three days of the year. It dosn't say where, so since y'all know everything I was wondering if you could tell me. And other facts about it also (laws or the
lack of laws and the name of this three-day-country). From what I understand it was part of the contract when it was sold to the US.

I could find absolutely nothing to verify that "interesting fact", and I would also like to mention that I don't consider middle school text books as the final word on government, or anything else, for that matter. Even if such an agreement had been made, more recent legislation or de facto law would have superceded it.
