Dear 100 Hour Board,

I enrolled for housing at BYU this fall, got my placement info, etc... so when will mail sent to my new adress actually be accepted? For example, if I sent a letter there now... would they hold it for me?

A: Dear Heritage Honey,

Heritage doesn't screen the mail for who it is going to. It doesn't even go through BYU mail. An actual mailman delivers it to your apartment. So, of course, they don't screen for names. If it says an address, they deliver it there. You'll learn this well enough once you live there and have to deal with getting old residents' bank statements, bills, etc. If you sent a letter to yourself there now, the current residents would most likley either toss it in the trash or return it to the sender.
