Dear 100 Hour Board,

Where should we go on vacation?

- I'm a scuba diver, he's a snow skiier

A: Dear Diver,

A: Dear Confused,
Uhhh... Lake Tahoe?
~he's a scuba diver, I'm... not much of anything in that area
A: Dear Scuba/Skiier,

Go to The Homestead in Midway, UT. It might be one of the few places on earth that you can do both. You can scuba dive in their hot water volcano crater thingy while he goes to Park City or one of the other ski resorts that are within a 15 or 20 minute drive.

A: Dear surf-and-slope:

Alaska. If you're adventerous enough to try cold-water diving (that's why the wetsuit [or drysuit] was invented, right?) there are actually some really cool (pun intended) places to dive in Alaska. As for skiing, well, that's obvious. Maine works too, especially in and around Acadia National Park.
