Dear 100 Hour Board,

How old is that junky, smelly behemoth BK3? When does BYU plan to put it out of its gas-guzzling, oil-dripping misery? Is it the oldest fleet vehicle BYU has?

A: Dear Bonneville,
What are you talking about??? The beloved BK3 isn't old!!! The BK3 is a 1993 Chevrolet Beauville G30 Sport Van. At ten years old, BK3 isn't even close to the oldest vehicle owned by BYU. Just as one example, take SM2. SM2 is a 1984 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Now remember, that's older than most freshmen on campus now. If you would like to see it, swing by the Earth Science Museum and just look for an older, brown pickup truck. As for your desire to get rid of BK3, that is under the discretion of the department that owns BK3. When they feel like paying for a new van, they'll get rid of the old one.
