Dear 100 Hour Board,

What are some exercises I can do each night before I go to bed to build upper-body strength that don't require any special equipment?

A: Royal Potential,

Situps, Crunches, Push-ups, Chin-Ups, and remember to stretch</I>. Also, make sure you run, for you need both anaerobic and aerobic exercise.

You could also try diamond and fingertip pushups. You can build your own weights out of milk-jugs, concrete, and bars.

Try also to do leg lifts, as this will exercise your lower abs.

Try reverse pushups to build up your triceps.
