Whenever he thought about it, he felt terrible. And so, at last, he came to a fateful decision. He decided not to think about it. ~John-Roger and Peter McWilliams

Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

You know those oxygen masks on airplanes that drop down in the unlikely event of a change in pressure? Do they all connect to the same source of oxygen, or is each seat separate?

A: Dear Elf divided by two,

Thanks for asking such a great question! This answer I found especially interesting AND fun. The answer is that it depends. I know that this sounds silly, but for every plane built it changes on what the customer wants. That means if Delta buys an airplane from Boeing it could have one oxygen tank, whereas the exact same airplane bought by American Airlines could have separate oxygen tanks. It all depends on what the buyer specifies in the order. I sure hope this helps. Please don't hate me.
