A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the lawn mower is broken. - James Dent

Q:

In regards to questions <21163> about the age difference between couples: I'm almost engaged to someone who is 13 years older than myself. The age difference has never been an issue (in fact we joke about it) in part because of very close maturity levels and similar life experiences. Never in a million years did I think I'd be dating someone that much older, but it's definitely the right thing. He's never been married, so we joke that he had to wait around for me until I was old enough to date him without the age difference being an issue. Don't necessarily set limitations, but make sure the maturity level is there. Happy dating!
