Dear 100 Hour Board,

I woke up this morning and my left pinky was pre-numb, or rather, very tingly. I do not think I have damaged my ulnar nerve any time recently, so most of the information available via the internet is not applicable. It is really bugging me. Would appreciate some input.

A: Dear Numbskull,

You probably slept on it, or put some unusual pressure on it somehow. I wouldn't worry about it unless it doesn't go away.

A: Dear Numbskull,

No need to worry unless it is a reoccuring phenomenon and the numbness spreads to your ring and middle finger. That would denote nerve damage that could probably be fixed surgically. If it spreads to the entire hand you could have a more serious problem like MS or something worse. It could develop to something bad and you could die. Be careful.

A: Dear Meat Head,

Sounds like a personal problem.
