Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

Is it against LDS church doctrine/standards to wear lingerie/sexy underwear only at home in the bedroom in the presence of a husband? Are garments meant to be worn at all times and at all places(except, of course, during exercise and swimming)?

A: Dear Confused,

If it is, I am in very big trouble.

Read the question Mo referred you to. It's pretty extensive and it should help.

A: Dear Confused-

There is a lot right with wearing lingerie when with one's spouse, if it helps the two of you to love and be loved. God wants married couples to enjoy being married. He wants both of you to enjoy sex. (If neither of you are interested in lingerie, don't bother.)
