Dear 100 Hour Board,
I have a shirt that is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. The label says it's dry clean only. Is there a safe way to wash it without having it dry cleaned?

A: Dear Cheap Student,
I wash my wool blankets that are "dry clean only" all the time, not using a dry cleaning service. The only time I have is when I spilled something on my roommate's dress at preference and didn't want to mess with cleaning it (and for the record, things like that I would not recommend doing yourself anyway). You can wash pretty much anything in cold water on a delicate cycle, and DO NOT put it in the dryer. But if you're overly paranoid, you might want to go to a dry cleaner anyway.
