Dear 100 Hour Board,
Thank you for your diligence in answering my question (Board Question #33008) about yogurt. Just to clarify what I meant in it, Alton Brown's show "Good Eats" says that yogurt that merely says "made with" as opposed to "contains" live cultures means all or most of the good bacteria has been killed. This is backed up by: http://www.aboutyogurt.com/lacYogurt/facts.asp#q1
Perhaps I should've researched further because now I see I should've asked if this yogurt is heat treated. I think I'm still dubious about the quality of yogurt Western Family puts out, I assume it's ok enough (doesn't say it's heat treated). Thanks again.
