Dear 100 Hour Board,

Can't the Church take legal action against these anti-LDS groups? Like the DVDs that are going around, the clips I've seen on TV (I haven't watched it... nobody gave me one) show the Church's copyrighted pictures and paintings and the Book of Mormon is copyrighted, too! How can they get away with it? They should at least pay us rental fees or something...

A: Dear notta,

I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure the church can sue for libel. The church just doesn't get very aggressive when it comes to that kind of stuff. Maybe because it will probably antagonize others (remember the whole Nauvoo-printer scandal) and it's not going to stop anti-LDS groups. History has shown us that.
