Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,
How close is Utah to getting out of its drought? How much more precipitation will it require?
- the Gentleman

A: Dear Gentleman,

We are actually about at average precip for the year. The rain today will probably put northern utah at a little better than average. If we end the year at average, we'll still be behind, but not by much. If we have a wet spring the drought will be over.
