Dear 100 Hour Board,
I'm graduating from BYU in August, but not walking or doing any of the ceremony things. In fact, I'm not in Utah, nor do I plan to ever return. Do I need to tell someone I'm not walking or do anything special to not incur any weird walking fees?

No. You only are charged if you decide to walk. And then, only for the cap and gown. You have no need to tell anyone anything. You should be just fine. Happy graduating!
