Dear 100 Hour Board,
I am using Word 2002 for my thesis (not my decision, mind you). I am getting annoyed because sometimes I can put a border around an imported picture and sometimes that option isn't available. Why?

A: Dear Dino,

It's because of the picture alignment. If the picture is "in line with text", then you can't add a border. However, if you change it to square, you can then add a border. Once you've added the border, you can change it back to in line if you like.
