Dear 100 Hour Board,

Might you have any suggestions for ways to improve my time-management skills?

A: Dear Tick Tock,

As much as it pains me to say it, you might begin by not coming here as much.

BUT since we both know that that's not going to happen, here's something else:

I would recommend getting yourself a large calendar and as soon as you know when something is coming up, write it down. Put your calendar somewhere really visible and look at it. If I know that something is coming up, and I'm worried about it, I'm more likely to stop doing all the stuff that I waste my time doing.

A: Dear Tick Tock,

Go on a mission.

Get a planner with lots of room for to-do lists and plan your entire day.
