Dear 100 Hour Board,

Re: Board Question #49919, I work in Human Resources and I think Dragon Lady's suggested answer for the "5 years" question is too vague. If I were interviewing a candidate and got that answer I would think they were unprepared or trying to dodge the question. Instead, I would say something more specific, such as "I would like to gain work experience in _______ (specify type of Accounting experience you want) and also gain skills that will allow me to move into __________ (specify role you see yourself in 5 years if you are still working). I don't think the question is meant to be taken too literally - it is perfectly ethical to state what you would like to be doing in 5 years if you are still working then.

Good luck!
