Re: Board Question #55387 Don't despair! You can still make cookie dough and eat it raw without fear of death. You can buy dehydrated eggs and use them in place of real eggs. Your food will taste the same and fear of death by salmonella is gone. I usually buy dehydrated eggs (it's a powder) at the grocery store, but I also live in Utah where grocery stores often carry food storage supplies. I don't know what the food storage market is like where you live, but I'm sure you can find a place that sells it. If not, you can buy it online
