Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

Why is it that during devotional on Tuesdays, every function on campus closes except the Games Center? Are they not included in BYU status? Also, why are they allowed to play raucous music so loudly while students are watching devotional in the lounge? Doesn't it seem strange that a student could go bowling during devotional but not type a paper?

A: Dear Devotional devotee,
Everything that's open to the public on campus stays open during devotional. The library. The games center. The cougareat. Oh, wait. You're right. It's a paradox. If it really bothers you, you can do something about it. Get a petition going. Or write an editorial. In the computer labs. Not during devotional. I think you could at least get rid of the music if you pushed enough. Good luck!
