Dear 100 Hour Board,

What types of food out there seem to come up in most (or just a lot) of the world's cultures? (McDonalds and the like do not count since it is classified as American food)

Dear Willikins,

Dear Dumpy,

Flat bread.

- Rating Pending (who adds "beans," but now we're just listing single-ingredient foods. Corn! Potatoes! See?)

Dear YOU STOLE MY ANSWER (seriously: ravioli, pelmeni, dumplings, gyoza, and so on forever),

I don't know if this is the same as flat bread necessarily, but pancakes/crepes/blintzes.

Also, porridge and stews are all over the place. And for good reason - mmmm.
