Dear 100 Hour Board,

If all the flags are supposed to be at half-mast for 30 days due to presidential order, why does the MTC fly their flags at full mast? I'm really bothered by this!

A: Dear Employee,
International law states that no flag of any nation may be flown above that of any other. So in such situations they remain at full mast.
