Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,
Okay, so a couple of friends and I are heading to vegas for a few days. We want to stay on the strip in a hotel thats nice(at least three stars) and has a good pool and doesn't have an overwhelming smell of smoke. Yes, I know that most do, but some not as much as others. So, which hotels have the best pools? Which hotels are the best deals?

A: Dear Only Been Once,

The Rio, Luxor, and Excalibur all have awesome pools. Most of the nicer hotels on the south side of the strip (New York New York, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay)have good ventilation, and the smoke smell isn't quite so dense. Circus Circus and The Sahara are great places to go on a budget. Vegas hotel rooms are incredibly cheap though, when compared to their counterparts. Call a couple of the major casinos. You won't have a problem finding a nice room on the strip for under 50 bucks.
