Dear 100 Hour Board,

If one lives in Wymount, the office of IT claims there is an analog adapter available on the market so that we may also use our regular phones (see IT website). Where can one purchase one of these devices, and how much do they cost?

A: Dear Wymount Resident,
Well, the prices I found online were a bit staggering - you'd think that an adapter to make your analog phone work with a digital line wouldn't cost an arm and a leg - but they do. The prices I found were between $250-$300 for a single line adapter. Ouch. OIT may have them available for less than that, so you may want to send them an email and ask. Otherwise just stick with the digital phone.
