The average block of stone used in building the pyramid has dimensions .66 m x 1.00 m x 1.50 m. It stands 480 feet tall with a base of 750 feet in each direction forming a square at the bottom. The pyramid contains around 2,300,000 individual blocks of stones each weighing over 2.5 tons on the average.
