Dear 100 Hour Board,

What is the best location to obtain Sweet Potato Fries in the Provo/Orem/General area of BYU? Are they sweet or savory? I'm looking for both.

Dear JD,

Get your own frozen sweet potato fries to bake at home from Costco. You can get a big frozen bag for pretty cheap, and they're super easy and convenient to make. They come lightly salted, so you can just eat them plain, but my personal favorite way of eating them is dipped in guacamole.

I don't have any restaurant recommendations for you, because I never order sweet potato fries at restaurants.

Dear you,

In general, I am not a big fan of Guru's Cafe, but they do sell the only sweet potato fries I actually like.

Dear DJ,

If you're okay with a little creative license on your request for sweet potato fries, as it were, Aubergine and Company has the best sweet potato bites. They're very much on the sweet side but not overly-so. In texture, they're more of a potato wedge--like french fries but minus half the guilt since they're healthy-ish. Plus, they're vegan if you're into that kind of thing. I want to make that leap but like milk chocolate too much.

Dear Juris Doctor,

The sweet potato fries from The Wall in the Wilkinson Center are divine, and so are the sweet potato fries from Mooyah, a burger and fries place on Bulldog. I'm generally disappointed with sweet potato fries, but they're both very very good savory sweet potato fries. Now look, you've made me all hungry.

Keep it real,
Sherpa Dave
