In reply to Board Question ^89546, yes, I agree that having a guest toothbrush is pretty classy. I'm impressed. But it made me wonder--is every guest of yours expected to use this same toothbrush, or do you change it in between guests?

Also, you're my favorite writer.

Dear Red,

First, AWWWWWWWW!!! Thank you for the kind words!

Second, the guest toothbrush has only been used once; my little brother used it when he spent the night earlier this year. Since then, I have not had any more guests, so I haven't had to deal with any guest-toothbrush logistics. If my brother spends the night again, he would, of course, be welcome to use it, but I'm not sure if I would press it on some other guest or if I would buy them a complimentary toothbrush if they decided to stay with me (though that latter option sounds even classier than the guest toothbrush is now).

Food for thought, I guess.
