Dear 100 Hour Board,

I've bought milk for years. From probably hundreds of stores. Through the years, they all have one thing in common. They all say that they contain no artificial growth hormones, and another statement that the FDA doesn't find any significant differences from milk from cows given growth hormones. I can't remember a single gallon of milk that hasn't said that. Except for one. The BYU Creamery doesn't contain either statement on their milk. Does that mean, that the cows actually DO have artificial growth hormones given to them??

Dear Bookshop,

I've actually been to one of the dairy farms that supplies milk to the Welfare Square dairy, which in turn supplies milk to the BYU Creamery. I don't know everything about the Church's entire milk infrastructure, but I do know that that farm in Elberta doesn't treat its cows with rBST, because they also sell their milk to other distributors when there's too much for the Church to use.
