Dear 100 Hour Board,

I have an email account that I will lose access to next month. It's not a Gmail address, but it's hosted on Gmail servers. I want to forward my 10,000 emails to another Gmail account so I can still search the emails once my account access is cut off. What's the easiest way to do this? I really hope I don't have to go through each individual email and forward it.

Dear Magnificent Natural Hatchet,

Missionaries deal with this problem all the time, what with the Church assigning them a My LDS Mail account (hosted through Gmail) for all their emails that expires soon after they return home. These instructions should do you right; it's what I did when I got home from my mission over three years ago, and it worked out fine for me. Let us know if that's not quite what you're looking for.
