Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

Is there an easier way to use public transportation to get from Riverside Apartments (by the Branbury) to the University Parkway Center in the morning? The 831 bus doesn't actually get you all that close, but it's the only thing showing up on google maps.

Thanks,

Dear Relatable,

It doesn't look like there's any easier way, sorry. I used UTA's trip planner to look at options from the Branbury (I couldn't find your Riverside Apts.) to the University Parkway Center and it looks like your other two options are the 830X, which would require you to walk about .8 miles, or taking the 850 then transfering to the 830X which gives you both a transfer into the mix (less than ideal) and a total walking distance of just over a mile, somehow. The 831's .33 miles are about as good as it's going to get.

Dear quincy,

A bike might be a good option to cover that distance, and goes largely through the Provo River Parkway, which is quite nice. An inexpensive, totally functional refurbished bicycle can be found cheaply at the Provo Bicycle Collective, if you're interested.
