Dear 100 Hour Board,
Typically drinking a lot of water (or other liquids) leads to peeing a lot. What about if you add in sweating a lot like if an athlete drinks lots and lots of water before/during a game and is playing intensely? Would the peeing go back down to a normal amount of peeing?
Anecdotally, yes, the peeing drops.
