Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

OK I was up Provo Canyon this week end having fun and I noticed something odd of the way back. Right before you get back into the Utah valley you pass a rock wall with cement structure built into the sided of it. What is that, what does it do, could I climb it?

A:

Dear you,

If it's the same thing I saw, it is to help mitigate the risk of rocks falling into the road. While it is possible to climb it, I would strongly advise against it. That's not what it was made for.
