Dear 100 Hour Board,
I was listening to Whitney Cummings' podcast's latest episode starring David Sedaris. Whitney mentions that she was looking at sperm donors available and there were absolutely no redheads. Why is this? Is it because most people who look for a sperm donor do not even give a redhead a second glance?

My best guess is that in the US, redheads only make up about 2% of the US population (source). Statistically, the odds of even a 200+ person sample with no redheads would be pretty common. Depending on where in the United States you live those odds could be even lower. So maybe there's some underlying bias, but my guess is just statistical variation over a small sample size.
