Dear 100 Hour Board,
When I took nutrition classes at BYU in 2011-2014, often there was a homework assignment to track your food intake for two weeks, then print out an analysis and change something about your diet to track for two more weeks, then compare the two. I remember using SuperTracker, but that has been discontinued. Do you know what is recommended now?

My roommate recently took NDFS 100. She says that she just tracked everything on a Word document, but they also brought up MyFitnessPal as an option.
