A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the lawn mower is broken. - James Dent

Dear 100 Hour Board,

In my hometown, we had a local number we could call to hear a recording that told us the current date, time, temperature, and forecast for the day including high and low temperatures. Everybody in the city used it to set clocks, decide whether to take a jacket and/or umbrella to school, etc. I miss it. Does Provo have anything like that? (At home, it was done by a local bank.)

A: Dear Nordo,

You're in luck! Provo does have a time/weather number (also sponsored by a bank). It is 373-9120.

-I call it often
