Dear 100 Hour Board,
This is just a comment for the cellist that is trying to get rid of nerves, shaking, etc when performing. When I was younger, I had the same problem at piano recitals. Nothing ever worked for me either, until I talked to my dad about it. My dad is a doctor, and he gave me a prescription for some kind of anti-"nerves" pill. I don't know what they were called, but I took one about an hour or two before my performance. When I went to go play, I wasn't shaky AT ALL! It was WONDERFUL! I was hardly even nervous. So, you could look into that. But sorry, I don't know what they are called. And they're prescription, so you'd have to go through your doctor to get them. But they were GREAT!
