Dear 100 Hour Board,
What's the deal with everybody's cell phones being all "special needs?" I keep getting "wrong number" or "dropped call," and from convos I've had with my homeys it seems like everyone's taking this for granted like it's just expected lately. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

If yo can't stand the heat, well, call up dat chick'n and tell them who be king of dis-here hood.
(In other words, I would recommend calling the phone company and registering a complaint. It is either their fault and they should darn well fix it or it is your phone's fault and you should get a new one via warranty replacement)
