Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

What's the best way to choose a cell phone and plan?

- Techologically behind....and wanting to catch up fast!

A: Dear catching up,

My method is what I call the "poor starving college student approach." Choose the cheapest plan that includes a free phone.

A: Dear Wanting to Catch Up,

I would do a little more research than Aspen implies. :) You're going to be in a service contract for at least a year, so make sure you're getting what you want.

Search the archives for "cell phone Beemer" and you will get a veritable plethora of my spoutings regarding wireless companies and phones.

If you have any other questions, feel free to e-mail me at beemerboy100 (at) yahoo.com. I am somewhat of a "cell-ophile" and love talking about phones, plans, etc. (Thankfully, Beemer Girl patiently smiles and nods whenever I start rambling about them.) :)
