Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

If one Sunday you attend two different sacrament meetings, is it inappropriate to take the sacrament both times? Is there anything wrong with taking it twice in the same day?

A: Dear Pseudonym,
I used to ask my dad this question for all those times we went to meetings in other wards with family members, etc. The purpose of the sacrament is to remember the covenants we made with God. If you take the sacrament in one meeting and then go to another meeting, it isn't like you can't take it again because you have already. Repentance is an ongoing process, and I don't think there is anything wrong with having another opportunity to remember the Savior. So yes, once a Sunday is adequate, but if you happen to have the opportunity for another chance, there is nothing wrong with it.
